Headless Elmo's and DC Metro Moms

I am over at D.C. Metro Moms!
If you've got a minute to spare, come on by!

Seriously, it's about my nephew, my kid and tater tots.
I love all three of those.
Also? We learned by giving my son tater tots that the very sight of
a ketchup bottle can send him in to fits of fear.
Yes, my child is not afraid of big trucks, or baby trucks (cars),
not horses, or even the creepy dude who was dressed as the nastiest drunken Elmo in Hawaii:

Who graciously waited till he was surrounded by kids and then took of his wacko Elmo head

*photo is blurry due to our panic. Toddler was unaffected. His parents? Notsomuch.
But Ketchup?
It's so cute, that if it weren't so mean I'd take out a bottle and video tape him. But I'll resist. Plus, I need to go to the store and get some.

My son is obsessed with Elmo. I think a headless Elmo would totally freak him out!

My son is terrified of the vacuum, like you would NOT believe. Your son is adorable in that pic over there to ther right. Hopefully he'll get over the ketsup fear soon, 'cause you know, ketsup is good. hehe

Just over from the SITS blogfrog site. Can't wait to look around some more on your blog.

Going through the introduce yourself thread on SITS blogfrog site and came across your site. I like it. You will see me here more often.. you have been warned ;)

So I am wondering.. did you buy the ketchup yet? I know I am mean. Actually I am not mean. I am a mom too and well if we don't let our kids humor us then what good are they for? I kid again... maybe.

I have a friend that is terrified of ketchup! And she's like 30! I will never fully understand it.

That is the creepiest muppet I've ever seen for sure.

I love all of the weird things kids are afraid of. My daughter is pretty much fearless...except she FREAKS out at the sight of any person in a furry animal costume. The Easter Bunny? Forget it. Sports mascots? Prepare to hear a shriek like no other. :)

Now ketchup...that's a new one! LOL.

Thanks for stopping by my blog via SITS! I'll be back for sure!
